Yes. Add a Matterport tour to any shoot when you book, and I’ll scan the home on the same visit. Buyers can walk through it room by room from anywhere, and it works with Zillow Showcase. It’s priced by the home’s square footage.
South Florida, from Jupiter to Miami, and Park City, Utah. I travel for the right project; beyond 100 miles round trip, travel is $1 per mile.

I plan every shoot around the forecast and the light. If rain or heavy cloud would let the house down, we move it together.
With 48 hours’ notice, there is no fee. Inside 48 hours, or if the home isn’t accessible within 30 minutes of the start, there is a $100 fee. If it’s called off on site after I’ve confirmed I’m on my way, the fee is 25% of the shoot. A paid shoot that’s cancelled becomes a credit, good for a year.
By card or Apple Pay when you book, or choose to pay at closing.
Every shoot includes a license to market and sell that property, online and in print. Agents, builders, architects and designers can all book a shoot directly. Existing images can also be licensed for portfolios, websites and publications, priced per image.
Yes. The first round of reasonable revisions is included; anything beyond that is billed hourly.
