When you book or ask about a shoot: your name, email address, phone number, brokerage or company, the property address, access notes, and the details of the shoot you choose.
When you pay: payments are handled by our payment processor. We see that a payment was made and its amount; we never see or store your full card number.
When you get in touch: what you send us by email, phone or text.
When you visit the site: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
To schedule, photograph and deliver your shoot; to send invoices and receipts; to answer your questions; and to keep the records a business is required to keep. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
No analytics or advertising cookies: the site does not track you or build a profile of you.
Fonts and images are served from this website itself.
The availability calendar asks a weather service (Open-Meteo) for the local forecast. Your browser connects to it directly, so it sees your IP address; no other information is sent.
The "Before your shoot" checklist remembers what you have ticked on your own device only. Nothing is sent to us.
Links to other sites, such as Instagram, are governed by those sites' own policies.
Photographs on this site show properties we have photographed, as set out in our Terms of Service. They are not meant to show people or personal details. If you have a concern about a photograph, write to us and we will look at it promptly.
Booking and payment records are kept for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and legal requirements. Messages and notes that are no longer needed are deleted.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us at the address below.
This site and our services are for real estate professionals, builders, architects and homeowners. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
